What are your hours?

Can they be stacked?

Yes, our containers can optimize your site footprint through stacking.

What city ordinances to containers have to follow?

We recommend you check with your local governance for approval before delivery.

Can I use a regular lock on a the containers?

Yes. Additionally, our rental containers come with tamper-proof lock guards. Also, ask us about our specialized locks for extra security.

What is the difference between regular height and high cube?

Our high cube containers are 9' 6" tall, and the standard sizes are 8’6". High Cube containers are only available in 10’ and 40’ and 45’ containers.

What are the containers made out of?

Our containers are built from heavy duty 14 gauge, corrosion resistant COR-TEN Steel.

Are your containers pest resistant?

As for Rent-to-own and rental containers, yes assuming the container is in ‘as-delivered’ condition, with fully functioning door seals and free of structural damage, pests shouldn’t be able to get in. It will be up to the customer to prevent mice and other pests from slipping in if the container is left open for any duration.

How does delivery work? How Much does it cost?

Delivery cost will depend on location and container size. The containers are delivered on a tilt deck trailer that slowly raises up to 16 feet or more. The container then rolls off the container on to the ground.  We need a minimum of 80 Ft. in length to unload a 20 Ft.  container and 120 Ft. in length to unload a 40 Ft. container.

Do they require a forklift to be delivered?

As long is there is enough running room there is no need for a forklift upon delivery.

Do I need to prep my site?

We will just need fairly level spot to back in the container.

Does someone need to be there when the container is delivered?

Yes, we prefer someone to be on site. Someone will need to be there to verify drop-off location and sign for delivery.

Can they be moved 0nce delivered?

Yes. All of our rental containers are forklift ready. For rent-to-own and rental agreements, they may not be moved from delivery site.

Are there any winter placement restrictions?

We do require that your delivery location be free of snow and ice.

How Long does it take to deliver once ordered?

Assuming your container request is in stock, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days. The more notice we have, the better we can accommodate your schedule.

Do they come new or used?

We offer new and used containers in various sizes and conditions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, ACH, credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Can I pick out my container?

Yes, we recommend you pick out your container.

Does you accept cash payments?

Yes, for full purchase transactions only.

Are there any hidden charges?

We will provide upfront pricing based on terms such as delivery location and quantity of containers.  The price you receive from us is what you’ll pay, with no other additional costs.
